Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting highly desirable.
- Track property management system experience desirable
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist or in a similar role
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client/team interaction
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Thorough knowledge of accounting functions
- Ability to assist multiple co-workers on projects while maintaining organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Maintains a professional appearance
