Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting highly desirable.
  • Track property management system experience desirable
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist or in a similar role
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client/team interaction
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting functions
  • Ability to assist multiple co-workers on projects while maintaining organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Maintains a professional appearance
