Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the Structures team to improve internal processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including occasional weekends.
